Returns & Refunds
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns rules and restrictions
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
- in-the-spot.com will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@in-the-spot.com.
